¸.•♥•9 beutiful months •♥•.¸

its been about 26 weeks and there just around 14 weeks to go...nervous + excited... thanks to Allah...stakat ni xde mengidam ape2...alahan pun cuma gatal2 di sekitar perut n paha..ms first trimester i used bio-oil...x melekit n xde strech mark kelihatan..now da tukar pki palmer's cocoa butter formula...the result is same...xde strecth mark...itchy pun da kurang...cuma kene rajin sapu...especially kat tpt2 yg gatal..

swimming vs. running?


Swimming is a great workout, but because you're not working against gravity (like you are when walking or running) you can feel like you're not working as hard swimming versus walking. Weightbearing exercise can be more intense because you're moving your body weight, unlike swimming where your body is floating in water.

To increase your intensity when swimming increase your swimming pace and really concentrate on pushing against the water (and keeping your limbs underwater more) so you're having to work harder.

Using a paddle board is another good way to keep swimming for a longer period of time, especially if your arms get tired when swimming.
